Customized Integrated Bodywork Treatments
Each treatment is customized to meet your individual needs. Appointments are 60 minutes and begin with an intake session as Tracy listens to your personal evaluation of progress.
She will ask you questions to determine her treatment approach and evaluate the effectiveness of previous treatments.
Tracy will talk to you and describe what she is doing and why.
These treatments allow your body to release energy and facilitate deep healing.
Tracy Blum Physical Therapy utilizes a number of leading-edge treatments to bring you lasting results. more..
“Viscera” relates to the internal organs of the body such as the liver, kidneys and intestines. Visceral Manipulation is a gentle manual therapy that aides your body’s ability to release restrictions and unhealthy compensations that cause pain and dysfunction. more..
“Neural” refers to the nervous system of the body, which includes the brain, spinal cord, and (peripheral) nerves. Neural manipulation identifies local nerve restrictions and fixations while examining their effects on the rest of the body. more..
Vascular Manipulation identifies and releases local vascular fixations and affects the organs they are supplying. more..
CranioSacral Therapy is a light touch, manual modality that creates dramatic improvements in our lives by releasing tensions deep in the body. It has the ability to relieve pain and dysfunction and improve whole body health and performance. more..
Lymphatic Drainage activates and cleanses the human fluid system to help the rhythm, pressure, quality and direction of lymph flow. more..

At times, overuse of muscle groups, repetition of movement, injuries, strains, or accidents can cause an internal pulling of organs and their attachments that create pain or discomfort in muscles, connective tissue, or the skeletal structure.
Visceral techniques gently enhance the mobility and tissue movement of the organs, which decreases pain and promotes the body's natural healing processes.
Visceral Manipulation assists functional and structural imbalances throughout the body. It evaluates and treats the dynamics of motion and suspension of organs, membranes, fascia, and ligaments. Visceral Manipulation can increase body awareness, thereby revitalizing a person and relieving symptoms of pain, dysfunction, and poor posture.
Neural Manipulation provides assessment and treatment that address restrictions of the dural and neural components not commonly focused on with musculoskeletal symptoms. Neural Manipulation identifies and releases local nerve restrictions while at the same time examining the effect that these local fixations have on the rest of the body. By accessing this relationship, more comprehensive (global) dysfunctional patterns can be identified and treated.
Vascular Manipulation of the arteries treats the intestines and other internal organs by increasing their blood flow. The arteries, elastic and muscular in structure, and the nerve filaments that surround them react ideally to manual treatment.
CranioSacral Therapy is a gentle, hands-on method of evaluating and enhancing the functioning of physiological body systems. This system is called the craniosacral system, which comprises the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid that surround and protect the brain and spinal cord.
This therapy, utilizing a specific, soft touch approach, releases restrictions in the craniosacral system, which in turn improves the functioning of the central nervous system.
Lymphatic Drainage Therapy is a gentle technique that works through the body's interstitial and lymphatic systems to activate the body's liquid circulation and stimulate the functioning of the immune and parasympathetic nervous systems.
Lymphatic Drainage Therapy allows the detection and palpation of the specific rhythm, direction, depth and quality of the lymph flow anywhere in the body.
